  Best customer service is needed when things don't go according to plan. Sometimes life happens and even the best can't avoid issues. This is the case for me when my fillings didn't go according to plan. I had to visit 3 times to get it all fixed. Everyone handled the situation very pleasantly. Owned up to the issue. Did their best to accommodate me in ASAP. That's good customer service when it is needed the most.
